Cosmin Alexandru has almost 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, CEO, consultant and developer of educational projects. He co-founded and led the largest market research company in Romania, then offered consultancy in branding, strategy and organizational transformation. He currently runs leadership team development programs for the executive teams of some of his clients, Romanian or multinational companies, through www.executiveteams.ro.
He teaches a leadership course within the Executive MBA program of the Maastricht School of Management in Romania and is co-founder, dean and team coach at the first entrepreneurship faculty in South-Eastern Europe www.entrepreneurship-academy.ro.

Ana has a great experience in managing teams and contracts in residential and office turn key projects. With a background in Architecture – Urban Planning and Interior Design, she knows that there is beauty in everything, you just have to look at it from the right perspective.
Ana is our “forever student”, eager to constantly build on her academic foundations, interested both in psychology and sociology and also keeping in touch with the latest trends in design and technology.
She joined the Morphoza team one year ago and has been by our side every step of the way, implementing strategic project management methods and ensuring a work-life balance for her department, believing that mindfulness and wellbeing in the workspace is the key to success.

PR & Communication Specialist at Morphoza & Trust2work
Yes, creativity can be developed and trained, but she was born with it. Since she joined our team, 3 years ago, Dorina always had a fresh view and that „thinking out of the box” minsdet.
She believes that communication is a make-or-break business skill and good communication is the foundation for building trusting relationships. Aiming to learn more about this complex mechanism, she has specialized in the PR & communication field, after having studied marketing and advertising.
Dorina always loves a good challenge, so she joined the Trust2Work team and is determined to make sure that our communication towards you and regarding your project will always be clear, transparent, honest and continuous, as we engage to be with you every step of the way in the journey towards your new office.
